Many of the big department stores have quite a bit of fringe jackets. I wasn't sure if there would be a lot since it is getting warmer, but there are quite a few. Some stores don't have as many, especially Bloomingdales. Neiman Marcus, on the other hand has a lot, 74 to be exact. Something I found interesting is that when you search fringe on Saks Fifth Avenue there are more results under jackets than anything else. I think this a sign that fringe jackets are definitely in.
